Quality Policy – Street Lighting

‘Lightways (Contractors) Ltd’ installs and commissions street lighting for various local
authorities and main contractors throughout central Scotland.
The Company operates in compliance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and
NHSS 8. This is maintained through registration and independent assessment by a ‘UKAS’
approved certification body and annual review by our top management.
It is our policy to:

• Comply with all legal and other requirements applicable to our business activities;
• Invest in a competent and motivated workforce;
• Review our policy and objectives, for continuing suitability, as part of our
• management review process and communicate these to all persons working for or on
• behalf of the organisation;
• Continually develop and improve the effectiveness of our Management System;
• Work closely with our suppliers and customers to ensure mutual understanding and
• benefit;
• Prevent pollution of the environment;
• Combat climate change.
