Quality Policy – Reinstatement

‘Lightways (Contractors) Reinstatement’, carries out reinstatement, repair and overlay of all surface
types on public footways and carriageways, including cycleways and traffic calming schemes’ for local
authorities and public utilities across Central and Southern Scotland.
It is our policy to:

• Comply with all legal and other requirements applicable to our business activities;
• Continually develop and improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System;
• Invest in a competent and motivated workforce;
• Work closely with our suppliers and customers to ensure mutual understanding and benefit
• Prevent pollution to the environment.

The Company operates a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of BS

EN ISO 9001: 2015 and maintains it through registration and annual review by a ‘UKAS’ accredited

certification body.

The Company’s Directors confirm their commitment and support, along with that of those working

for or on behalf of the Company, to the above Policy Statement and the effective application of the

Quality Management System.
